What support will I receive?
The Academy is committed to supporting students through their HSC journey. Support includes:
- Counselling
- Social and emotional wellbeing
- Study techniques, timetabling and time management
- Goal setting and career advice
- Work experience and TAFE guidance
- Help preparing for and sitting the HSC minimum standard tests

What to do if you are unsure about anything
- See Mr Akkawy or Mr Al Jabi with any questions or concerns.
- See the Head of Department with questions about specific subjects.
- Inform Mr Akkawy by letter from your parents if you will miss any part of the subject selection process.
- Ensure you have approved leave if you are going to be absent during the process.
